I’m extremely passionate for photography, currently it’s just a hobby but I am wanting it as a full-time occupation. I started early in 2013 by taking photos when I would go on holiday and it simply stuck. I have since become more invested in my photographic skills and I’m looking to make a start in the photography industry. I’ve been known around Kerikeri to be good with technology and photography. I find it would be excellent for me to be working with people in an experienced and fast-moving environment to provide professional work.
I’m originally from Cape Town, South Africa I moved to Kerikeri, New Zealand in 2007. Living in NZ has given me a new standpoint in the world. I’ve experienced a different view of all of life’s aspects such as school, social life, and family. This experience gave me the courage and a sense of independence, knowing that I’m responsible for my learning and growth. I have had the opportunity to travel to the world and have learned to communicate with people from all over to find my way, meet people, build friendships. This has taught me to work well together with others. And be accommodating to new situations or changes in an ever fast-moving environment. I have studied Photography to NCEA Level 3,
My photography skills are elevated in urban landscapes, portraits and night photography. Travelling through Europe in 2015,16,17,18 I have increasingly become more aware of international settings.
What I am here to do
I feel that I have strong independence when working with photography I strive to meet my goals and produce good work. Doing these trips require immense planning, strategy, strength and endurance. I feel that I am ready for any situation this job may provide.
